Author's Note

A journey of remembering through presence and practice

"This book did not come from me. It came through me."

Not so long ago, Antonis began to look inward. What started as curiosity—reading, questioning, unlearning—became something deeper. Old beliefs began to fall apart and, at the same time, fall into place.

Through practices like ice baths, breathwork, and sitting with discomfort, he discovered that healing didn't come through performance but through presence. The pandemic cracked something open, creating space for a profound remembering.

Technology, particularly working with AI, became an unexpected partner in this journey— helping find language when words fell short, reflecting what was being reached for before it could be fully articulated. Yet the most human parts—healing, community, love—were never outsourced.

This book was born in that convergence of silence and signal, soul and system. When the mind quiets, what flows is not "my idea," but a frequency offered by higher consciousness in service to life.

All proceeds from this book are dedicated to projects, communities, and people embodying the regenerative change we write about here. This is not a business plan— it is a pattern of reciprocity.
